About Ephraim

Classically trained, formally qualified, kitchen-led.

Ephraim Muchanyu co-founded KosherDelight in 2021 alongside Eddie Rabbie. He graduated from Culinary and Hospitality School in 1999 and holds a Diploma from City & Guilds, having trained and worked across a wide variety of cuisines in catering companies and hotels.

His qualifications extend well beyond the kitchen: Ephraim holds further certificates in Health & Safety, HACCP, Industrial Relations, First Aid and Food Safety — the disciplines that matter when supplying hospitals, airlines and large institutions where standards are non-negotiable.

At KosherDelight, Ephraim leads kitchen standards, kosher compliance and food quality across every service. His training and certification underpin the consistency that clients in the healthcare and hospitality sectors depend on.
