About Eddie

A qualified chef and hotelier at the helm of operations.

Eddie Rabbie co-founded KosherDelight in 2021 alongside Ephraim Muchanyu, bringing with him a career built across the hospitality and food industry. A qualified chef with a Diploma in Hotel Management, Eddie has been involved in numerous food franchises and has run restaurants and coffee shops of his own.

At KosherDelight, Eddie leads the operational side of the business — client relationships, event coordination and the day-to-day delivery that keeps corporate, hospital, airline and safari clients confident in the service. His focus is dependable food, clear communication and making every booking feel straightforward for the client, whatever the setting.

Together with Ephraim, Eddie has built KosherDelight around more than 15 years of combined experience in kosher catering, with a particular strength in serving the healthcare and hospitality sectors.
